Hard to say 'better' without knowing the site specifics, but Raidboxes definitely focuses on speed for WordPress and WooCommerce. My personal site flies on their 'Starter' plan, so I'd imagine Pro is pretty beefy. WP Engine is good too, but I find RB's support more hands-on for actual WP issues.

Pretty sure those big discounts like 33% are usually for new sign-ups only. Existing customers sometimes get smaller deals but not that big one.

I think it's just for new hosting contracts. Like, if you're getting your first box with them, you're good. Already have one? Unlikely for that specific deal, but worth checking their current promos.

They've got the usual, credit card and PayPal. I think they do SEPA too, for German customers anyway. I pay monthly via SEPA.
